LAX Speed Agility & Strength Training

As youth lax players prepare to dominate on the field, they need to increase their speed, strength, and power.  Our lax program starts with a solid foundation of core stability and progresses to develop a strong, powerful, explosive athlete that can rip shots, avoid defenders, and score goals at will.  This program will develop all areas necessary to increase lateral agility, linear speed, explosive sprinting speed, while building resistance to possible injuries.

Winter Block 2 Class Schedule (November-December):

Tuesdays: 6-7pm

Fridays: 5-6pm

Saturdays: 11am-12pm


8 week block 2 of training starts November 6th ends December 28th.
