High School Volleyball Agility Power & Speed Training
This season develop strength, movement skills, and to prepare the body to resist injury. Volleyball’s skill set for shoulder use, lower body explosive power, and quick lateral movements must be specifically trained to build these skills for the court. We have analyzed these movement patterns and muscle functions to develop our volleyball program. This program will increase your vertical power, increase your lateral speed, and make your striking more powerful. With increased flexibility you will be able to dig the low balls, hit from above the net, and create more forceful shots that will be tough to return.
