Rugby Speed & Strength Training
Our Rugby program will condition your body for every hit, ruck, and scrum. Each athlete will be taken through a comprehensive movement screening to assess injury risk and performance metrics to gain baselines for growth. Workouts cover all areas of development from athletic power development, agility, and speed for each Rugger. Resistance training will be utilized to develop muscle endurance, power, and strength from hand and wrist strength all the way to ankle mobility addressing each area in specific targeted workouts to develop the entire athlete.
