Speed & Agility Group Training
As many athletes find themselves looking for ways to get a step up on the competition, working on the wrong types of drills with poor mechanics only reinforces bad habits, reduces efficiency, and can lead to injuries. We have put together a group to coach athletes on how to move; to educate them on the proper movement mechanics to enhance their play with our Speed & Agility training program.
Our certified strength and conditioning specialists will coach athletes on the three phases of running, acceleration, agility and top end speed. Each session will have a different focus and specific drills will be progressed and incorporated to increase athletes speed on the field of competition. This class is for middle school and high school athletes that are looking to build the techniques to blow past the competition this coming year.
