Athletes have different needs.  This class is designed to allow athletes guided instruction for lifting technique, a program designed specifically to their sport and movement profile to ensure they are building muscle in all the right areas for success.  Building muscle is hard work.  Increasing the number of days and time spent under the bar, pushing weight take more than once a week.  Putting in effort to build solid muscle takes time and commitment working to overload the body to promote growth.  These sessions will develop athletes strength and explosive power to jump higher, reduce injuries, and build the engine for increased speed. Not all strength exercises are created equal, each sport utilizes specific muscle groups to give them the competitive edge.  Each athlete will be working from a custom program designed for their specific sport and goals.

Mondays 7:30-8:30pm

Thursday 7:00pm-8:00pm
