Summer Weight Training Class
Increasing muscle mass takes time. The summer months are a great time to increase your time under the bar using the right program and techniques. This group strength class will create a specific program for your lifting needs or allow you to use your ELITE program to continue getting coaching cues, feedback, and proper technique as you either begin lifting for the first time, or are adding more lifting to build the quality muscle to be fast and strong this coming season. This class can be an addition to your current program or a stand alone program based on your needs and assessment. Our CSCS certified staff will provide the coaching, athletes provide the effort and drive to make their gains a reality!
