Youth Speed & Agility Training
Youth athletes are constantly growing at variable rates, sizes, and speeds. This unique program will teach the basics of movement mechanics for accelerating, changing direction, and building body control to enhance athleticism. Educating youth athletes on body awareness, movement deficiencies, and what proper movement should look and feel like will allow these developing athletes to grow specific movement patterns, reduce the chance of future injury and increase future performance gains. This foundational training leads to solid athletes capable of building for future success and accomplishments. Through the use of programmed movement training, core stability, balance, stability, core control, fun, and specific coaching feedback on movement, athletes will be prepared for middle school sports in the coming years.
